Accommodations
Yes, that is possible;

Yes, there is a cot and high chair for rent. The cost (together) is € 5,- per day.
Important: you need to bring your own bed linen and blankets. This is also not available for rent.
You can specify booking a baby kit in the booking process.
You must do the final cleaning yourself at some accommodation. If you would like our staff to do it for you, you can choose this. We charge for cleaning a safari tent € 65,-

All prices on this website are based on 4 persons. At the campsites listed below, there are surcharges for a 5th, 6th, 7th and/or 8th person.

The surcharge for the 5th, 6th, 7th and/or 8th person is €15 per night per person.

Going on holiday with family or friends?
Are you travelling with two or three families and would you like to stay next to, in front of or behind each other? We completely understand! That's why we are happy to take your wishes into account when planning.
How does it work?
In step 2 of the booking process, you can indicate in the ‘Notes’ field who you would like to be next to. Once we have received the bookings and processed your request, you will receive an updated confirmation from us.
Cost
Reservation next to each other: €30 per reservation
If, in exceptional cases, this is not possible, you will receive €60 compensation per reservation. This way, you are always assured of a fair solution.
Would you like to reserve a specific accommodation (number)? You can! If available, we will confirm your reservation for the number you have chosen. You can easily indicate your preference in step 2 of the booking process via the ‘Notes’ field. Prefer to use another channel? Feel free to send us a message or an email (info@easyatent.com). We will process your request and send you a new confirmation.
The cost of reserving a specific number is €45 per booking. In the exceptional case that it is not possible to schedule you for your preferred number, you will receive a refund of €90 from us. This way, you are always assured of a fair solution.
Are you already familiar with the campsite and would you like to choose your own spot? At some campsites, you can book directly via the map and select your favourite accommodation number. This way, you can be sure that you will be staying exactly where you want to be.
The cost for booking on the map is €45 per reservation. And if, in exceptional cases, it is not possible to confirm your preferred number, you will receive a refund of €90 from us. This way, you are always assured of a fair solution.

Payments
Yes, on arrival; this is done via a deposit form. This authorises you to pay up to €100.
On departure and after checking (and approval) by our manager, the authorisation will be withdrawn.
-Your deposit when booking is only 20% (payable within 7 days of booking).
-56 days before arrival, you only need to pay the remaining deposit.
-Important: reservations made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in one go.
Unfortunately, you may have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
We will charge a fee for this.
- For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, no fee will be charged (excluding reservation and/or insurance costs).
- For cancellations between 60 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the holiday price will be charged.
- For cancellations between 27 and 1 day before arrival, 90% of the holiday price will be charged.
- Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged in full.
Important: cancelling a reservation can only be done in writing on working days between 09.00-17.00.
- If you have taken out cancellation insurance through us and the reason for cancellation falls under the conditions of the insurance, we will assist you in dealing with it. For information click here.
- If you have cancellation insurance through a third party, you can use the cancellation fee invoice for settlement.
Once we have received full payment, you will receive a voucher and a letter of introduction by e-mail.
Rental prices include:
- accommodation costs
- persons (sometimes surcharge for 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th person)
- gas
- water
- electricity
- parking for 1 car
- tourist tax
- cleaning (if required)
Almost everywhere you have to pay tourist tax, and in some areas also an environmental surcharge. The amount is set by local authorities. Easyatent always charges the tourist tax directly when booking, so you don't have to pay anything on site.
Booking process
Yes, final cleaning is compulsory at several campsites/accommodations. This is calculated in the booking process.
During the season, actions will be launched to promote our product.
Discounts or special actions always have a start and end date. If you have already made a reservation before the start of a particular promotion, you are not entitled to a refund. Discounts cannot be combined, except for the "low season discount".
Passing on a preference is possible. You can indicate this in step 2 of the booking process under "Notes". There are no costs involved.
We will try to take your preference into account as much as possible. However, a preference is no guarantee. It is therefore possible that we will not be able to meet your preference. If you book early in the season, the chance that we can honour your preference is greater than for bookings made shortly before arrival.
Of course you can combine campsites. But this cannot be done via the website. For tailor-made advice, please contact us directly.
Our campsites are mainly family campsites. However, young people travelling alone, where the main booker is 21 years old and with provided contact details of their parents, are also welcome. For a hassle-free experience, we advise you to contact our booking department before booking.
If you make a reservation via the Easyatent website, you will immediately receive confirmation. Later, you will also receive an e-mail with login details for "My Easyatent". Here you can safely make payments, make changes and reserve extras.
On the campsite
You can check in from 16:00 to 21:00. If you arrive later, please inform us in advance so that we can take this into account. If you arrive earlier, please note that you cannot yet enter the accommodation. Of course, you can still use the facilities on the campsite. When checking out, you should have left the accommodation by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
AntwoDue to fire risk, the use of a coal bbq is not always allowed on campsites. This is decided by the campsite management. This may change during the season. An electric or gas barbecue is allowed. Many campsites have special fireproof stone bbqs (places). These are free to use.
Photos and floor plans are important to get a good idea of the campsite and the layout and location of the accommodation.
As there are several accommodation of the same type, there may be differences in colour or layout.

Going on holiday with an electric or hybrid car? Then plan your holiday well, because the number of charging stations in Croatia is still limited.
Several charging stations can be found near Umag, Porec, Rovinj, Pula and Krk.

Easyatent has its own office and warehouse in Istria/Croatia. So we are always nearby.
Couriers, employed by Easyatent, are present at the campsite. They receive the guests and are your contact person during your stay.
If you have any questions, be sure to speak to him/her!
In early and late season, some facilities and activities may not be offered at the campsites. In high season, there is more than enough to do.
The holidays offered, however luxurious and comfortable, remain camping holidays. Especially for people who have never camped before, it is important to realise that our campsites are generally fully booked in the months of July and August. If tranquillity and privacy are your primary holiday requirements, we advise you to avoid these months. May, June and September also offer plenty of sunshine and activities. A holiday abroad also means different people and customs, a different culture and different norms and values. This is something to consider in your expectations.
Yes, there is free WIFI at all campsites. It is offered by the campsite. Easyatent has no influence on the quality of reception.
Easyatent shall not be liable for loss and theft (including money), damage to property and damage or injury to you and your travelling companions, from any cause whatsoever. During your stay, you are liable for damage caused to the holiday accommodation, its furnishings and all items belonging to the rented property by you and/or your fellow travellers. Always follow the regulations for the use of the accommodation and everything that belongs to the accommodation. The campsite's regulations are set out in the campsite regulations, which everyone can consult at reception.
Many campsite and place descriptions show or describe distances. In these cases, there is a passable road you can use, ranging from a paved dirt road to an asphalt road. These distances are always measured on foot. However, it is no guarantee that you can get to the listed location by car, wheelchair, bicycle or other means of transport. Moreover, the distance says nothing about the presence of lighting or height differences.
Campsite owners aim to carry out repairs and improvements outside opening hours, but sometimes they happen during your stay. Easyatent is not responsible for this. Rubbish is often collected in the morning, which can potentially cause noise pollution.
If there is something wrong with your accommodation, please contact the courier first to find a solution together. You can find the courier's phone number on your voucher. If the courier does not offer a suitable solution, contact Easyatent directly. It is essential that we are informed of your problems while you are still at the campsite. You will receive instructions with your travel documents or in the app on how to proceed if problems are not resolved satisfactorily on site.
A campsite is often a natural terrain where the ground, the view, the location of the accommodation and/or the amount of shade may vary. As a result, there can certainly be differences between different spots on the campsite. We strive to take individual wishes into account as much as possible in the layout, but cannot guarantee that this is always possible.
