Do we have to bring our own linen?
Yes, you need to bring the following:
- Pillows;
- Sheets: 2 single, 1 double;
- Sleeping bag, bedding or blankets;
- theedoeken.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed.
Is there anyone from Easy a Tent who i can contact while on holiday?
Yes, the campsites all have Easy a Tent employees willing to answer all your questions.
Can we arrive or leave any day?
No, you can arrive daily, but we have a minimum amount of days you have to stay.
What time can we arrive on the campsite, and what time do we have to depart?
Your tent will be available from 4 pm untill 9 pm. On your day of departure, we would appreciate you vacating your accommodation by 10am.
Is it possible to combine campsites for my holiday?
Yes, you can and may combine several campsites in your booking.
Who is resposible for cleaning the tent afterwards?
We of Easy a Tent expect you to clean the tent after your stay, but if you'd rather have Easy a Tent do this for you that is of course no problem at all. The price for cleaning is € 35,00.
Can i rent a babypackage ?
You can rent a baby package consisting of a babychair baby bath and baby bed.
Are prices all-inclusive ?
In the Czech Republic prices are all inclusive. They include: Gas, water, electra and tourist tax.
In Croatia tourist tax is to be paid at the campsite (Adults about € 1,00 and children over the age of 4 about € 0,50 a person a night).
Is a deposit always necessary ?
Yes, at your arrival you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 50,- for the luxury tent. You will get your deposit returned to you at your departure when the tents are clean.
