Booking conditions
1. You can make your reservation by phone as well as by writing. If you make your reservation by telephone, the reservations form should be in our possession within 3 days. If received on a later date then stated term, Easy a Tent can not guarantee the date reserved by phone.
2. After you have made your reservation, Easy a Tent will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail, which is also valid as your invoice.
3. At a late arrival in the accommodation or earlier departure then stated in your booking, no refunds will be given for not using the accommodation.
4. The maximum capacity a tent is 6 people.
5. Easy a Tent has no obligated day of arrival nor departure for their luxury tents. Planning is done based on connected bookings.
Payment luxury tent
1. When you have received the booking confirmation, 30% of the total travelsum must be paid within 14 days. The minimum of down payment is €125,00 plus the insurance premium if you have concluded a cancellation insurance.
2. The remainder of the payment should be received on or before 10 weeks prior to departure.
3. In case the booking confirmation is made within 10 weeks prior to departure, the total travelsum has to be paid at once.
4. In case the payments are not received within the stated period, the travel organization has the right to consider the traveler as having cancelled the trip and the traveler will be responsible for paying the cancellation fees.
5. If payments are not made within stated terms, the client will be held responsible for all costs made including the rent for the amount that has not been paid for from the month after the date of payment, as stated on the booking confirmation.
Changes made in already confirmed reservations
1. The traveller can make changes in the reservation untill 8 weeks prior to departure. For changes a fee of € 18,50 should be paid.
2. For changes made within 10 days after the booking confirmation no costs will be calculated, except if the reservation is within 8 weeks of departure.
3. For changes made on a partial cancellation, the cancellation conditions only apply for that part.
4. If the booking period is extended during your stay, the extra nights should be paid on the spot to the host or hostess. No claim can be laid on possible discounts.
Cancellation conditions
1. Reservations made can only be cancelled confirmed in writing.
2. For cancellations till 12 weeks prior to departure a fee of 20% of the travelsum will be billed, with a minimum amount of €100,00.
3. For cancellations between12 to 6 weeks prior to departure a fee of 50% of the travelsum will be billed, with a minimum amount of €100,00.
4. For cancellations between 6 to 2 weeks prior to departure a fee of 90% of the travelsum will be billed, with a minimum amount of €100,00.
5. For cancellations between 2 weeks prior to departure the entire travelsum will be billed.
Availability of accommodation
In case Easy a Tent cannot offer you the booked reservation for whatever reason, for example because or a circumstance beyond our control, then you will receive information immediately. As far as possible you will be offered an alternative of the same quality, without consequences for the travelsum. In case you don’t want to use this opportunity, you will get a total refund.
Responsibility
1. Easy A Tent can not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to or by users of the offered accommodation. No matter how or what has caused the damage. Participation in activities held by or on the campsite are entirely at own risk.
2. Users of the accommodation provided by Easy a Tent should respect the rules of conduct, which is laid down by the campsite owner.
3. Users of the accomodation provided by Easy a Tent causing any embarrassment or nuisance, can possibly be removed by a representative of Easy a Tent on the spot, after being warned, from the accommodation and excluded from further stay in the accommodation. This without any rights of receiving repayment.
4. Easy a Tent employees on the campsite are not entitled to make any pronouncements regarding the responsibilty of Easy a Tent.
5. Pets are allowed in the accommodations provided by Easy a Tent.
6. The users of the accommodation providied by Easy a Tent are responsible for any fire damage caused by campfire or barbecue.
Guarantee sum
At arrival you will be asked to give a guarantee sum for the luxury tent of € 50,00. When you depart this will be refunded to you if the tent has been fully cleaned. In case of damage, loss and/or cleaning costs this will be settled with the guarantee sum.
Complaints
1. Our brochure is made with utmost care. In spite of this Easy a Tent can not be held responsible for any changes made.
2. In case the user of the accommodation provided by Easy a Tent has a justified complaint, the user must inform an employee of Easy a Tent in writing. The emplyee will try to find an acceptable solution. If however the complaint is not reasonably solved according to your opinion, you should report the complaint within 2 weeks after the last day of stay.
Cancellation insurance
We strongly recommend you to conclude a cancellation insurance. The premium is 5% of the travelsum, this amount includes 7% insurance tax and exludes 5% policy costs. The insurance will be concluded with Unigarant N.V.
To conclude
The holidays on this website are, how luxury and comfortable as they are, still camping holidays. Especially for people who have never camped before, it is important to know that the campsites are normally fully booked in the months July and August. When peace and privacy are the demands for your holiday, we strongly recommend to avoid these months. A holiday in a foreign country means other people and habits, a different culture and different standards and values. This is something to take into account by your expectations.
